Empty Bowls Fundraiser

Empty bowls Fundraiser

Each gathering at the Oregon Woodturning Symposium is a chance to give back to members of the local community.  This year attendees can donate wood turned bowls to benefit the Linn/Benton Food Share. The bowls are sold during the Symposium to raise money for the nonprofit.  Regardless of the size/wood/decorations each bowl costs only $25. All the proceeds go to the Linn/Benton Food share to help distribute food to the two-county area.

Linn Benton Food Share (LBFS) distributes over 3 million pounds of food annually through a network of 68 local non-profit partners. Including food pantries, meal sites, gleaning groups, and supplemental agencies. LBFS is a proud member and Partner Distribution Organization of Oregon Food Bank, and an affiliate member of the

Feeding America Network
